Hi, my name’s Bill! I’m a 34-year-old entrepreneur from New York’s beautiful Finger Lakes region, and I'm building Nebula Timekeeping to make time tracking easier, smarter, and more user-friendly for the people who actually use it.

A bad system does not just allow mistakes; sometimes, it creates them. I once worked with a system that let you clock in twice, but secretly treated the second punch as a clock-out. Not cool.

Nebula Timekeeping will have built-in logic to help sort good intentions from bad outcomes. The goal is to help mitigate issues like:

  • Accidentally being scheduled for 21 hours instead of 8, confusing the employee
  • Duplicate punches that confuse the timekeeper
  • Employees being stopped from clocking out late without an override, leaving managers frustrated as well.

There are plenty more examples, but the point is this: I’ve lived through the headaches that bad timekeeping systems can create.

That’s why I’m building Nebula Timekeeping: to give leaders a more intuitive way to schedule their teams, track time worked, and use a system that thinks like a timekeeper.
